Amar Taborn...An American author, personality, speaker and talk show host of Amar Action in Hollywood California. He began my journey being introduced to the exciting world of music and entertainment by his childhood friend Lana Moorer, known professionally as one of Hip Hop's  Female Rapper Pioneer MC Lyte, who introduced him to a impromptu career of acting and modeling jobs. This lifestyle took him to great experiences and celebrity acquaintanceship. Sharing meals with some of the industries most luminary acts of the time then one day as they were sitting and having dinner with Queen Latifah and Vernon Reid, he knew how exciting his life had become. Years later he learned that his lifestyle was contributing to his poor physical, mental and emotionally health.

Amar discovered that food has powerful effects on the human body, and partaking in higher energy foods we can evolve to amazing experiences. After dramatic weight loss, by changing to a raw food diet and incorporating exercise, Amar wrote a book called "Free Food." Amar decided to use his life to lead and to give to the world....LOVE. In 2010 he began a talk show called "Amar Action," in New York City and has recently relocated to Hollywood, CA. The new season will kick off in September 2011! Amar Action is a talk show that uses the expansiveness of social technology. It's focus is on discovering who we are as love, and how to use positive vibrations. What makes Amar Taborn beautiful is his abundance of LOVE that pours out of him daily through is words and his actions! He coined the phrase, "I love we" and it is a total reflection of who he is because Amar, which means love, always speaks melodiously of love to the tune of "we" in every sentence that he speaks!
